We create a Gelato which is as natural and tasty as the ingredients it is made of. We do not use any commercial bases,
flavorings, colors, preservatives. Raw materials are rigorously selected and they are blended together to bring out the
authentic, genuine flavor of each and every ingredient.
Our Gelato is made in the traditional Italian style : small batches, more milk and less cream, and no eggs (except for some specific
flavors such as "Fior di Panna" - made expressly with cream - and "Crema della Nonna" - a custard based gelato made
with egg yolks). Our Gelato is also produced in a way which incorporates very little air and volume during
the freezing churning process.
The magical output is a Gelato which is natural and always fresh, dense and flavorful; its texture is soft and creamy.
Our sorbets are made with 50% real fruit, water and sugar. We only use seasonal fruits.
